Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
At Muster, due to the nature of grooming and cosmetic products, we do not offer returns once the products are delivered, as these items cannot be reused for hygiene reasons.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery by contacting our support team at care@mustermen.com. To process your request, we require:
- Photos of the invoice and the product(s).
- An unboxing video is MANDATORY for any order-related complaints.
Note: We will not charge for replacements in cases where wrong or damaged products are received.
Exchange Policy:
We do not offer exchanges for any grooming or cosmetic products.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will only be processed for the following cases:
- Damaged or defective products.
- Incorrect or incomplete orders.
Once a refund is authorized, it will be initiated within 48 working hours of receiving the request. The refunded amount is expected to be credited to your account within 4-8 working days, depending on banks, payment gateways, or other external agencies.
Refunds for cancelled orders or returned products (in cases of damage or incorrect delivery) will be credited back to the same account (online banking, credit card, or debit card) used for the purchase.
